Frank J. Vlasak | Project/Construction Manager
As project/construction manager, Frank J. Vlasak offers nearly 20 years of management experience not only in construction, but also finance. Industry experience includes project manager with Christa Construction, general manager of 300 Management, and assistant project manager and laborer of Mee & Associations, LLC. He also was previously employed by Visions Federal Credit Union and American General Finance.
Scott Johnson | Assistant Field Manager
Scott Johnson brings his years of construction experience from such area contractors as Mee & Associates, LLC, 300 Management, and Christa Construction to the project. In addition to his skills in management, planning/scheduling, goal setting, organization and communication, his educational background includes studies in business administration at Cal State – Los Angeles and Chaffey College.
Todd R. Rose | Quality Control Officer
A general contractor in the Binghamton area for about 40 years, Todd R. Rose is the Quality Control Officer for the Southerly Hills project. He will use his honed skills in the contracting and building of custom homes to assure the rigorous quality construction standards are met for each and every residence. His educational background includes course work at Binghamton University and Colorado State University. He earned an associate's degree from Morrisville University.

Cheryl A. Fabrizi | Fab Idea Marketing Services
Cheryl A. Fabrizi is a marketing coach, who founded her marketing services company, Fab Idea, in 2004 upon her return to the Binghamton area after more than 15 years of corporate marketing and communications experience. The strategies she offers her clients focus on brand awareness and integrated marketing communications (print, e-mail, web, social media, etc.) She holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and webmaster certification from Penn State University, as well as a master's of science degree in Direct and Interactive Marketing from Mercy College, the first graduate-level program of its kind in the country. Her hands-on professional experience includes corporate branding, marketing and public relations for global companies QVC, Caesars and Gentex Corporation. Year-round in the Binghamton community, as an instructor for Broome Community College's Continuing Education courses and Entrepreneurial Assistance Program, she shares her hands-on experience and assists entrepreneurs and small business owners with business and marketing action plans.
